Our most popular room is also a prime content creator backdrop, meet our FUN-KiNG ROOM. A PERFORMANCE PLAYGROUND FOR GROWN-UPS features a King Size Ceiling Mirror above the King Size Bed, a Fort Troff Command Sling, and a Fu_ck Bench. The Playground is slightly over 400 square feet and also includes all of the amenities of a Studio King Room like a Full Size Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, Keurig Coffee Machine and more. There is even a Tripod compatible with every smart phone to shoot all your Content Creator performance angles and Social Media Instagrammable moments.

In order to maintain high standards, we also provide each guest with a TOOL BOX, which includes everything needed to have a clean, safe fun time. Every item provided in that box is sealed and for you to keep including a bottle of lube, shop towels, wipes and more.

The rental of this room is subject to a cleaning fee in order to fully sanitize the unit based on a daily allocated cleaning time of up to 1 ½ hours. This experience is in no way meant to be an alternative to a cheesy hourly stay motel. Think of us as the playroom you don’t have to put up or take down, and the best part is, you can completely avoid having to explaining it to visiting relatives.

All Male Guests receive VIP/Unlimited access to our sauna during its operating hours with a dedicated locker and key during your stay.

THE GOODS: Just like any Studio King room this room also incudes a king SERTA premium mattress with two pillow variations, hypoallergenic bedding, custom furniture, and original artwork. Play 4-IN-A-ROW or take care of business at our School House Science Lab Desk which doubles as your kitchen table; Fill the FULL SIZE REFRIGERATOR with munchies and heat your left overs in the MICROWAVE; Relax in the leather sofa facing the rooms special equipment. Keep your valuables secure in a laptop safe. Additional amenities designed to make your stay beyond the ordinary includes a walk-in shower with choice of EO Brand Soap & Shampoo, 40” wall-mounted HDTV, and a playmate cooler/ice bucket to keep your preferred beverages ice cold on the beach.
